Tuition PAYMENTS-- Monthly payment are due before the start of each Month.
Tuition DUE by the 10th of the month. Payments made after the 10th of each month receive a late fee $20 ANY Bounced check ---fee of $25 will also be collected.
STUDIO PHONE #-228-1012---ADDRESS--128-J HALL ST, CONCORD, NH 03301-Can mail tuition at any time. Dancer/s will not be able to participate in the annual show/rehearsals if tuition not paid in full.
ALL Families will need to purchase a $50 recital packet. The $50 recital packet includes:
2 tickets, T-shirt and Free Dress Rehearsal Pass
For more than one T-shirt, Please add $15 for the second child and add $15 for third child., $10 for 4th/5th
Tickets are $13 in advanced and $15 once we are at the Theatre $17 at Door
Picture Week is considered part of class week
"NEW" We will use February Vacation for Make-ups if necessary of excessive snow days
THERE areCLASSES APRIL VACATION--Recital is 3weeks later
Classrooms & parents--No parent should enter the classroom once the door is shut . If a parent is needed, I, or one of my assistants will get a parent. Parents of new little ones under age 6 may come into the classroom the first 1-3 weeks. Once October comes, if this is a habit being formed we will work together to “wean” parent and child. By November the strings should be broken if not then maybe we should wait a year.

Drop off/pick-up--Parents need to be aware of when class starts and ends for proper timing. Student’s 15 minutes or more late will not be able to take class-due to time missed for safe warm-ups. However they may still come in and watch the combinations. If a parent is to be late let us know we do not mind an occasional babysitting---ABSOLUTELY NO DANCER IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE in Parking Lot area TO WAIT. If You allow --We are no longer Responsible!!!!!
NO CELL PHONES for dancers are allowed in class

The desk is closed to all except staff of CCDC please respect this.
Hair-- Back in a ponytail/bun/braid(s) -Long side Bangs out of face with a clip .
Attire--Leotards, tights, are expected on all (not adults or boys) Boys--sweat pants/shorts /wind pants and t-shirts that are plain or a CCDC shirt--
We have special boy colors of Black with gold for the logo.
Girls may wear skirts in all classes . Jazz/dance pants/shorts are to be cotton and can only be worn in jazz and tap warm-up time. You may be asked to take them off during combination/choreography time. We also allow fitted Solid color Cami shirts.
Behavior--It is expected that once entered the studio there will be no profanity. Behavior/attitude towards all helpers/staff will be respectful to everyone--NO GUM at all. No smoking on the premises.
Lobby/kitchen/waiting areas--are to be kept clean and trash disposed of properly. No food or drink in viewing area! Snacks and drinks are to be in the kitchen area only. CORRECT change for drinks .$1 for Water .
Cubbies are in lobby for all personal items and shoes.
Bring all dance shoes with you when you enter your first class.
Parking--We have 5 spaces in front and unlimited across the way. PLEASE avoid parking before 5pm in front of the other businesses. THEY WILL CALL OR TOW YOU.
Shoes--All shoes need to have the dancer’s name on them and be carried in a dance bag of some sort--.Proper shoes should be obtained by March. This means if you are in a black shoe but need tan it needs to be ordered the first of March. We no longer use tap shoes with laces all shoes will have a strap/buckle---We do trade for trade on shoes, not
All jazz/lyrical shoes must be of boot style -unless told differently
